Senior executive with responsiblity for all marketing, operational, financial, and legislative activities for this active Chamber of Commerce of 400+ members. Manage a full-time staff of 10 in two locations. Develop the annual marketing and budgeting process.

• Successfully increased community participation and profits for the annual Arts Fair held in the downtown area of Macon. Increased revenue from festival from $10,000 to $45,000 annually.
• Direct several, annual community events such as the Fourth of July Parade and an annual hunting weekend. Total revenue from both events is $10,000+.
• Formed the Downtown Improvement Society an alliance of downtown businesses.
• Formed the Business Assistance Program to assist new business and increase the city’s tax revenue.
