A call center agent’s job is centered heavily on handling customer service and customer relations. You should be proficient in communication. Interpersonal skills are vital in winning this particular job since most of the time you would be talking with customers. Also, experience in handling computer software may also be necessary. It is imperative to include in your resume how excellent you are with these skills for you to make an impact on your employer.
Your job objective must state what you really want to be in the company. It should help an employer decide where to place you.
