·       Spear headed customer relationship improvement intiatives while focsuing on key performance improvements for customers in on-time delivery, quality, through management and analysis/planning/execution of JIT manufacturing initiatives.

·       Increased sales revenues by $10 million in FY05, and consistently improved processes and procedures to continue improved revenue growth in current fiscal year.

2001 to 2003

Managed $38 million circuit board engineering project. Position reported to the Chief Operating Officer. Supervised engineering staff of 59 with five direct reports.

·       Developed and improved best practices, operations control, and cost-reduction strategies. Implemented Lean manufacturing improvement projects and created strategic planning platform resolve operational bottleneck issues. Results included 10% improvement in on-time delivery, 20% increase in manufacturing equipment utilization, and 8% decrease in expense metrics.

1997 to 1999
