The recruiter’s primary responsibility is head-hunting, contacting, screening, and hiring employees for a company. Important skills and experience to have are communication skills, time management and interviewing experience. Knowledge of basic software and word processors may also be a requirement. Under the work experience portion, enumerate what you have accomplished during your stay as recruiter for your previous employers. It would be wise to include management information, like the size of the teams you handled. Recruiters may also have to meet deadlines and quota; you may put in a word or two of how you handled these.
Some resume experts also suggest the use of PAR (Problem-Action-Result) Statements in the resume. You may state difficult situations you have encountered, what you did to solve them, and how it affected the company.
