BPO Resume format

A BPO resume format tackles your experience and knowledge on that particular field. It aims to show your reader that you are capable of handling a position in that industry. Thus, when writing your resume, you must place emphasis on the skills and knowledge needed in a BPO company.

First, briefly state your career objective. Next, your current profile must summarize your overall experience in the field. You may also state your most important characteristics that relates to the BPO field. Discuss your employment history chronologically, starting from the most recent one after. List your job title, company, and dates. Elaborate on each position by listing your important functions and awards, if you have any. Your skills must be presented on the next section because they attest to your employment experiences. You may also include your core competencies if you have been in the field for more than 5 years.

Discuss your education background in the next section. The details of your course and school boost your resume profile. Stating your most notable achievements will make your resume more interesting as well. Next, list some of your personal information, such as civil status and birth date. End your resume with a list of your reference persons. This allows your employer to verify the details in your resume.
