Summary:

  • Arranging rehearsals.
  • Coordinate with other sections to plan wardrobe, scene changes, set design, sound and light.
  • Maintain prompt copy of the script including performers’ positions on stage, script changes, and the props, sound and light required for each scene.
  • Coordinate with theatre managers and other staff.
  • Monitoring ‘get in’ and ‘get out’ that is handled set and equipment installation and removal.

  • Responsible for performers’ actions lighting, sound cues and properties.
  • Schedule presence of stage management at each rehearsals also include technical rehearsal.
  • Managing production personnel meeting, and their performances.
  • Also responsible for calling places of performers during show. Also calls cues for sound, light and scenic changes.
  • Preparing a list of props required according to the script and demand of the director.
  • Manage various props rooms and also monitor and schedule staff.
